Chuck Gray - CEO

Chuck Gray - CEO

Chuck GrayPresident a native of the Hampton Roads area was born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia in the Berkley neighborhood.  Gray attended the public school system of the City of Norfolk, graduating from Lake Taylor High School in 1987.  After graduation, Gray attended Howard University in Washington, D.C. to pursue studies in electrical engineering.  However his drive and entrepreneurial spirit led him to leave Howard to pursue an opportunity to invest in a restaurant venture in his hometown.  This opportunity became a catalyst for Gray’s motivation to continue other entrepreneurial endeavors.   Gray’s subsequent business ventures were as the owner /operator of CG Auto (car dealership) and HomeSavers, LLC, a residential real estate development company.

Even as a young adult, Gray set a goal for himself to return to his hometown to impact the lives of the youth in Norfolk.  Gray saw the opportunity to provide these services within the community and determined the best course of action to do this would be through the provision of Mental Health Services.

Gray, having extra ordinary enthusiasm for his hometown combined with his passion about changing the lives of at-risk youth, embarked upon his most noteworthy business endeavor.  In May 2011, Gray established Youth Solutions, Inc. to provide outreach and assistance to families in crisis. Gray’s hope has been to provide a support system in which families experiencing issues related to multi-generational substance abuse, ineffective parenting, physical and sexual abuse and mental health issues can find effective methods to cope with and overcome these issues.

As such, the establishment of Youth Solutions, Inc. has been Gray’s most precious endeavor and has provided him the opportunity to give back to his community and make a difference in the lives and futures of young children and young adults in his hometown.

In 2016, Gray expanded services to include adults after determining that the issues of the community spread far beyond focusing on the youth, and a need existed to serve the entire family dynamic by using a more holistic approach. Gray decided to rebrand the name of his company to Infinity Counseling Group.  In order to help the youth overcome their growing obstacles, the entire family should learn methods in order to cope as a whole.
